How to Use
Recommended dose: Take as recommended by your health professional. Adults, take 2 capsules once daily with breakfast. Adolescents and children (6 years and older), take 1-2 capsules once daily. If you are taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+® at least 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics.

Recommended usage: Helps to improve quality of life in people with diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome. To preserve the enteric coating properties, do not chew, crush or open the capsules.

Caution and Warning: If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea not associated to IBS) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care professional. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children 5 years and younger.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
