How to Use
Daily Uses: Adults and adolescents (12 years and older), take 1 oral capsule 1-2 times per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. If you are on antibiotics, take 2 oral capsules at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. 

Recommended usage: Probiotics to confer a health benefit. Helps restore and  maintain healthy vaginal flora. Reduces the number of urogenital pathogenic bacteria and yeast on vaginal surfaces to maintain vaginal health. Use in conjunction with antibiotics to help treat bacterial vaginosis. Use with or after taking an antibiotic to help restore and maintain healthy vaginal flora. 

Caution: Do not use if  ■ you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain • you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Discontinue use and consult a health care professional if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. When using this product consult a health care practitioner if an unfamiliar odour, discharge, pain or other symptoms of concern occur. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children 5 years and younger. 

Storage Conditions:  Bacterial count of 2 billion CFU per capsule guaranteed until the expiration date when stored at room temperature (15-25°C), in a cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
