How to Enjoy
Pour 240ml freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover and Steep for 10 min. Squeeze and remove tea bag to ensure maximum goodness.
Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (1.5 g) contains: organic chamomile flower* (Matricaria recutita) 600 mg, organic English lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia) 450 mg, organic lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis) 450 mg. *Organic Chamomile: Fairtrade certified and sourced from Fairtrade producers.
