RECOMMENDED DOSE ó (ORAL) ADULTS (18 YEARS AND OLDER) ONLY: Take 1 serving (10 g or approx. 2 tablespoons) per day. Mix 1 serving in half a cup or more of cold / hot water, juice or your favourite beverage. [1 serving = 10 g (approx. 2 tablespoons)].
